I was surprised when a bottle of wine was slipped into my room without me asking for it; not every guest enjoys unsolicited alcohol deliveries.

I felt right at home from the moment I arrived, thanks to Sherry in Guest Relations, Emir at the front desk, and Ali at the bar who all made me feel welcome; the hotel’s family‑friendly setup and the lively animation team added a warm, relaxed vibe that made everything run smoothly, and I’d gladly come back.

In meiner Sicht keine Sterne hotel!!! Nicht zu empfehlen!!!. Absolut schrecklichste 5 Sterne Hotel die ich je gesehen habe konnte nur 1 Tag aushalten obwohl ich für3 Tage reserviert hatte . Habe eine andere richtige 5 Sterne gebucht. Alles dreckig! Aufzug, zimmer strand pool. Essen immer kalt nicht genießbar. Kein 5 Sterne hotel in meinen Augen. Das hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Absolut das schlechteste Hotel die ich je erlebt habe
