Hotel O Hotel Hamilas

“The rooms are quite comfortable, lot of public parking. Shame that the restaurant next door not open”

The room and bathroom feel roomy, but the electric kettle is there and you’re left without any glasses to drink from.

“N”

I had no positives or negatives to mention.

The reception office was rude… the hotel was dirty, dusty, as if it had never been cleaned… there were water stains… check‑in took 2 hours and then check‑out… the reception said all the TVs in the hotel were broken… I do not recommend it at all… bad hotel in my life.

The bed was big enough for a family of two adults and three kids, but the air conditioning was not cool enough, the TV wouldn't turn on, and the shower was tiny.

“Kotor dan mengenakan charge tambahan”

Nothing I liked, yet the hotel added a RM16 charge even though I had already paid in full through booking.my; the place was cracked and dirty.
