It was relatively close to the station. The room had no telephone, which made me uneasy when an earthquake struck at night and I wasn’t sure how they would respond. The towel‑change request was handled confusingly, so I wanted fresh towels but didn’t get them.

The spot was great and the staff were lovely, but the room looked bigger in the photos and there was a slight carpet smell.

The metro was right nearby and the neighborhood was quiet, making the room feel spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that there were no breakfasts offered.

We stayed as a group of six and found the room spacious, clean and very comfortable. The kids loved the hammock and kept shouting “the best!” The amenities covered everything we needed, and the nearby convenience store was handy. Early check‑in was arranged smoothly, which was a big help, and the staff’s presence gave us confidence with their pleasant service. I’d recommend it for families or groups and will book again if I get the chance.
