“Poor overall stay, location close to ferry which is main positive.”

The front desk lady was helpful and had someone bring our luggage up to the second‑floor room since there was no lift. The room offered a sea view and was only a 5‑minute walk to the ferry terminal. When I opened the fridge I found an old apple core inside. The shower head was difficult to reconnect after it turned on in my hands. General maintenance was lacking: the air‑conditioning units didn’t work properly, making the bedroom extremely hot and there was no fan as a backup. There was also no kettle. Because the room overlooked a fairground, bright lights and noise kept me up all night.

The room and its location were good, but there was no medical kit available, which could be a problem if something happens.

“Correct pour une nuit avant le ferry”

The spot for catching the ferry the next day was fine, but the average climate was noisy, the street was loud, and the rooms weren’t very well sound‑proofed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
