There was nothing to say; they didn’t let me into the room, didn’t communicate, and took the full payment. They left a lone, vulnerable woman traveller out in the cold all night, over‑booked, didn’t cancel my booking, didn’t refund the full amount, ignored my messages and calls, and offered no other accommodation—very untrustworthy.

We enjoyed everything we booked for. The airport was 5/6 minutes away by bus from the spot where we could catch coaches and trains to other destinations; the bus stop was just across the road. A mini‑market was around the corner. The area was wonderful. Hatfield Forest could be reached in 2/3 minutes by bus and 20 minutes on foot (to Greenman bus stop). We could easily reach our destinations—Cambridge, Duxford (Air Show), and Luton—by train from Stansted Airport. We enjoyed every minute. All was well.
