Check‑in was easy and they asked if I preferred a high or low floor, plus a 24‑hour convenience store was available. The only parking option was a valet that cost an extra $35; most of the valet staff were unfriendly and not very skilled, returning cars out of order and making us wait longer, and we had trouble backing up to park. There were no good spots to pull up and temporarily park while checking in.

The rooms were the spaciest I've seen, quiet and close to town, but I had to pay for parking and the breakfast finished too early.

The location and room size were good, and breakfast was included. The bath towels were small.

Great location near the BART. Charged me $156 out of the $200 incidental fee from my credit card. We stayed for 4 days and cleaned every utensil we used and placed it inside the dishwasher to dry before leaving

The location was great and the breakfast was good. The room was a bit worn, and there was a pair of underwear on the side of the couch that hadn’t been removed by the previous guest.
