The tranquility, the availability of the couple who run it. It is close to many charming villages. The pool and garden are well maintained. Breakfast outside in the patio is a movie. Everything is perfect. There is no elevator, so if someone has trouble climbing stairs, better notify for a lower room. For us it was not a problem at all.
