The hotel’s location is great, but when we were supposed to leave for the tour at 06.30 to pick up medication, they wouldn’t let me grab a slice of bread, even though breakfast was listed at 7. I was really disappointed by that.

Quiet, clean, and a good location, but the breakfast was monotonous with a very limited selection.

The place is close to the metro, tram, and you can refill water in the hotel, but the breakfast was the same for five consecutive days—just one salami, two hams, three cheeses, an apple, a pear, a tired banana, an orange, and the same bread each time. Sometimes there were not enough seats, the room lacked a kettle for coffee and tea, a fridge, a spoon for shoes, only paper cups, no spoons, and the luggage room didn’t work.

“Prima kwaliteit prijs verhouding”

The location and breakfast were fine, but there were too few power outlets in the room and the elevator makes a lot of noise if you’re in the adjacent room.
