Great location with a very nice garden and pool. Parking was hassle‑free right at the vineyard. Very friendly reception and Alex was a great guide. Quiet rooms with a balcony. Nothing else.

The breakfast and the staff were great, but the rooms were missing air‑conditioning.

The hotel sits quietly amid vineyards, about a 10‑minute walk from Kaltern’s center, with a bus stop just around the corner; the breakfast featured regional and homemade items, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and everything was impeccably clean.

It was a beautiful holiday, and the pool was the perfect cool down at those temperatures; the property is well‑maintained with a strong focus on cleanliness, the staff were friendly and attentive, and Alex took excellent care of us—we’ll definitely return! 🤗 However, we were disappointed that we had no air‑conditioning or fan to cool ourselves during those high temperatures.

The reception was very friendly, the room with a small balcony was fairly large, the bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean; during our stay it was extremely hot and we would have appreciated air‑conditioning in the room, though we managed without by ventilating at night and closing blinds and windows. The large park area with a big pool is beautiful, and breakfast was a dream… fantastic! The staff at breakfast, coffee, etc., could be ordered and were exceptionally nice—something we’ve never experienced before. Air‑conditioning? If there are more such hot days in the future, an air‑conditioner would be desirable; otherwise everything is fine.
