“Excelente localização e equipe prestativa”

The hotel staff were super helpful and handled every request politely and efficiently, making a big difference, the hotel is next to Shopping Estação and a Festval supermarket across the street, and the shared laundry was very useful, the only drawback was that the room didn’t have a full‑length mirror.

“Excelente”

The team was fantastic, the breakfast was excellent—especially their omelette—location and accommodation were great, and I’d stayed here about 20 years ago and the quality is still the same, though the door to the room was a bit jammed, nothing that ruined the stay.

“Хороший вариант в центре”

The location is central, everything’s nearby, the room has a hydro‑massage bathtub with hot water (no leaking heater), the floor is laminate, the room was surprisingly cool at 11 °C outside, breakfast was good and everything was clean, the room was spacious with a nice view, but there’s no hygienic shower near the toilet or even a brush, mold spots are visible on the bathroom ceiling, only the bedroom has a window, the entrance hall’s window looks out onto a corridor (like Backrooms), parking is paid (35 reais), a staff member takes the key and parks the car, and when you leave they roll the car back out and give you the key.

The breakfast was great, and every staff member, no exceptions, was very kind and polite. We had a hard time locating the hotel because all the streets are under construction and map apps aren't updated to direct us to the reception.

“Funcionários extremamente gentis, mas o cafe da manhã e o chuveiro deixam muito a desejar”

The bed, linens, pillow, and space were good. The shower, bathroom, and breakfast were not up to par.
