The location was great, right near Cabot Square if you book early, making commuting so much easier, and the building was very modern with impressive views. The room absolutely stank; it needed ventilation and air fresheners, there were no rolls, no complimentary water, not enough coffee or milk sachets, the roll was very dirty on the bed, and some staff were incompetent and rude—would want a refund if I’m honest.

The room was clean and spacious, and the receptionist gave us a room with a beautiful view. Everything in our room was great.

Very good! I we liked everything. The shower glass features a system that lets you toggle its opacity with the push of a button. The problem is that, even when the glass is set to opaque, if someone enters the bathroom and turns on the light at night, the light still shines through and illuminates the room; this tends to disturb the sleep of anyone sensitive to light
