The hotel sits within walking distance of restaurants and small shops, and catching an Uber is easy; the breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices, the dining room has a 24‑hour microwave so you can heat food whenever you like, the front desk staff are very polite and attentive, each floor has a beverage vending machine and an ice maker, and there’s a water fountain in the gym. Cleaning was only done every other day or when asked; traveling alone for four nights, I requested cleaning on the third day, but one of the four housekeepers was missing, so they were overloaded and only swapped towels and took out the trash, promising to clean the next day, which never happened. At the pool there was just one umbrella for two tables that each had four chairs, making it uncomfortable to stay in the sun, so a second umbrella is needed. As mentioned in other reviews, when the air‑conditioning is off the highway noise drifts in because the windows don’t seem sound‑proof. The gym had a treadmill that didn’t work, lacked small weights, and the multi‑station only offered two adjustable arm machines. None of these issues ruined my stay, but they’re worth fixing.

“Everything was good”

I was traveling for work and the hotel turned out to be very nice; the room was a decent size and the breakfast was also nice. I’ll keep the place in mind for my next LA trip in the Covina area.

The location was good, but the bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was very small, and the pool was worthless.

Everything was great, except my outlet in the restroom wasn’t working and the table lamp did not turn on.
