“Wir würden Alvani Inn wieder wählen und können es nur empfehlen.”
Entering the Alvani Inn, you’re greeted by a lovely courtyard garden and a vineyard. The rooms are on the ground floor with covered seating overlooking the garden. They’re practical, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The owner, Elena, is very friendly and helpful. She prepares a generous breakfast and dinner featuring many products from her own garden—plentiful and delicious—served in a bright lounge with a garden view. There’s also homemade wine and chacha. She arranged a 4‑wheel vehicle to Omalo to our full satisfaction. Conversations with her gave us deep insights into daily life. When we left, we were allowed to take ripe grapes from her “vineyard.”
“Si pasas por la zona es una parada obligatoria. La habitación y la casa entera de de 10. Elena es en”
Elena’s hospitality was outstanding. I liked everything absolutely.
I stayed at one of the three guesthouses in Albany and it was a solid choice. It was a nice place to spend a day before heading to Amalfi, and the surrounding countryside was quiet and perfect for a walk.
“Tolle Anlage, sehr nette Besitzerin und super sauber :-)”
Lena was very nice and friendly! The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We could sit in the well‑maintained garden in the evenings. The kitchen equipment was a bit subpar in places, but it was acceptable.
The facility in the countryside of Alvani was splendid, where we stayed before heading up the mountain. The owner, Lena, was extremely kind, tolerated our kids who were a bit energetic at the end of the day, and was flexible in letting us choose the room since we were the only guests. In the evening, it was lovely to sit in the garden sipping wine. The breakfast was the best in Georgia. Nothing else to add.
