The young receptionist’s service was very good. The bathroom was dirty, especially the shower.

Location and room size are good. It was not air‑conditioned and there were mosquitoes.

The spot is great, but the carpet in the room was filthy and I couldn’t shower because the hot water never came on; they offered breakfast as compensation, but I didn’t have time to eat it.

The price‑for‑value was decent and the location is awesome, within walking distance to Mercado Central; we could leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout. However, the hotel sits right on the flight path, so it’s very loud when planes take off or land. The beds are fine, but the water stopped running in the mornings. The pictures make it look newer than it actually is.
