Arrived on January 18th with a confirmed booking, only to be told by the rude staff that my reservation had been cancelled and that it was the booking site’s fault. They never reached out to me via WhatsApp or any other way. The entrance is a long walk away from everything, and there’s no nearby food or decent staff to help.

We absolutely loved our stay. The chalet was cozy, beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. Priscila welcomed us and handled all our requests quickly. It was an unforgettable experience.
