The staff were friendly and flexible, and the rooms were spacious with all the necessary amenities, but there is no lift or elevator, so reaching the higher floors can be quite difficult.

The place was great, the bed was comfy, and the photos matched the reality, which was a bonus; I enjoyed my stay even though it was short.
