“Consigliatissimo! Esperienza da ripetere appena possibile”
Valerio, the owner, is kind, courteous, and always ready to help guests and meet their needs. The location is great in the central square of Numana. The building is fully renovated, the room is spacious and welcoming, the bed is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in Numana. No issues to mention.
The stay was flawless; the property felt warm, polished to the smallest detail, and offered every comfort. What really stood out was Valerio and his lovely family, whose rare kindness and readiness made us feel truly cared for. They gave great local tips, were flexible with our schedule, let me drop off luggage and freshen up before leaving, and when it rained they quickly arranged a visit to a beautiful nearby winery. Five stars well deserved!

Ottima organizzazione e disponibilità dello staff
“Siamo stati coccolati. Valerio riconosce perfino i bisogni inespressi dei suoi ospiti.”
I was blown away by the location – right in the centre, just 300 m from the beach, and the cleanliness was flawless with meticulous attention to detail. Valerio, the host, was incredibly welcoming and always on hand to meet guests’ needs. No complaints.
“Soggiorno perfetto, oltre ogni aspettativa!”
An unforgettable stay, largely thanks to the staff – Valerio’s exceptional friendliness and availability made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The property itself is excellent: rooms are spacious, spotless, and fully renovated, with an exceptionally comfortable bed that guarantees perfect sleep. Parking is a real bonus, and the location is ideal, right in the centre of Numana and a short walk from the best beaches. Highly recommended!
