The experience was great, so I’d recommend it. The only issue was the equipment: the coffee maker didn’t work, but everything else was fine.

I chatted with the owner by message and liked the location; the “pipa” offers a unique stay where closing the doors and windows makes it feel like night, and it’s equipped for cooking breakfast or dinner, with hot‑water kettles, a great bathtub and a comfortable bed – this was my second visit, the first being at pipa Merlot. However, the bedding was dirty, the robe was not cleaned, dust accumulated behind and under the furniture as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years, the pillows smelled heavily of dust, the bathroom and balcony lights were burnt out, the floor in the room was unsafe because it was coming loose, I had to move the minibar because the socket didn’t work, and the air‑fryer was broken.

The host was very attentive, giving all the necessary information for a comfortable stay in Pipa and the area, and the place meets the expectations for a couple’s environment; a suggestion would be better lighting for the outdoor area.

It’s a great spot for a couple, though the local vibe is very different, which makes for an excellent experience.

I liked staying at this place because it was quite different, the comfort was great, the hot tub was enjoyable when the water was hot, and the kitchen was well equipped. The water didn’t always stay hot and the TV had no remote, only the Fire TV remote worked. There was no staff member available to answer questions, especially about the water heating.
