The room size was fine and the palace looked splendid. There was no hot water and the shower pressure was very low.

The place was quiet and clean. Unfortunately the lack of water was not the hotel’s fault.

“Very peaceful stay out of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, in a an exceptional boutique hotel”

I stayed at a fantastic hotel in a very quiet part of Marrakech; the pool and gardens were exceptional. Everyone on the staff was friendly and attentive. Our Junior Suite was superb and had all the necessary facilities. We ate there 3 out of 4 nights and the food was superb, great variety and excellent quality. The pool was superb and a very relaxing place to sit all day. We would definitely return and stay again. The only thing I’d mention is the sunbeds: there were plenty but some were a little worn, maybe upgraded beds would match the quality of the rest of the hotel and grounds. It didn’t stop us from spending all day by the pool.
