I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole experience at this hotel. We paid for a room and ended up staying, but when it came time to check out, the staff claimed we never even stayed there. It was a really confusing and frustrating situation, and I'm still not sure what happened. The hotel was listed on a well-known booking platform, which made it even more surprising that they tried to deny our stay.
