I have to say, this property was really pleasant to stay at. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was great. I'm not sure what the "Na" in the previous review was referring to, but I didn't experience any issues during my stay.

The staff here were pretty unhelpful, which was a major letdown. The service was also really poor, which made the whole experience feel quite frustrating. I was expecting a lot more from this place, but unfortunately, it didn't deliver.

This place is a complete disaster. The bathroom's a joke - there's no water, it's like they're trying to make you feel like you're in a third-world country. I ordered food, got four stale rotis and half a veggie dish for 500 bucks, and the WiFi only works in the morning. The staff's completely unresponsive, no matter how many times you call them. It's like they're trying to drive you crazy. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior in a hotel before.
