I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the one hand, the staff's prompt response to my queries was a pleasant surprise, which initially set a positive tone for my visit. However, I soon realized that their response was largely limited to my initial inquiry, and subsequent attempts to reach out were met with silence. Unfortunately, the hotel's location turned out to be a major drawback, making it difficult for me to explore the surrounding area.
