“I would like to take a moment to recognize the excellent service provided by this staff member. They were very professio”

Nice and clean.

“Zo slecht ben ik nog nooit geholpen”

The air‑conditioning in my room was broken; I had to get a fan at over 40 °C. We left immediately because the staff wouldn’t bother to give us another room.

“Mike and Venice were very helpful”

The location is close to Texas Motor Speedway, but the breakfast had powdered eggs and the ice machine was on the ground floor.

The facility and the staff were exceptional, especially Ms Venice—if I remember her name correctly—who gave a 5‑star customer service, and the bed was so fresh and comfortable! I did not dislike anything.

The guest services were by far the best I have ever experienced; we spent two nights and every staff member was genuinely kind and super helpful, plus we enjoyed fresh cookies and water in the lobby. The only downside was that the shower had a large crack in the flooring, making it feel cheaply made, one elevator didn’t work, and I wasn’t thrilled that coffee wasn’t available in the room.
