Loved this place. It was only 2 minutes to Lawson to drop off luggage and a short walk to Minowa station. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The location was very quiet. The stairs could be difficult if you have heavy luggage. The towels were made of a material we didn't like – maybe microfiber?
The spot was great, in a fairly quiet neighborhood but just a 5‑minute walk from the station. The area was very nice and pleasant. The flat was furnished and clean, and check‑in was easy. We liked it.

The property sits in a quiet area, and the rooms were spotless. The owner was responsive and answered quickly. We were a family of three, so the room felt a bit cramped, but halfway through we were offered an extra room free of charge for the last few days because it was vacant, which was very kind. Convenience stores were less than a 5‑minute walk away, great for breakfast and light dinners. The value for money was very good. On the downside, although the area is quiet, we had to walk 10–15 minutes each morning to get to the subway or bus stop. This place is an aparthotel, not a hotel, so there is no reception or other hotel‑style services.
The equipment was okay. Theoretically everything you need was there. Unfortunately we left early after a sleepless night. The air quality was extremely bad, so we couldn't sleep at all. Maybe other rooms would have been better, but we had no way to contact anyone via booking. The price‑performance ratio is definitely not there.
