It was quiet, clean, and everything was new. The only downside was the access stairs.

Everything matched the listing: new, great bed and shower, very well decorated and clean, with a fridge and stove, new linens and towels, all excellent. The front desk responded quickly and let us in before the scheduled time. The only potential issue is that the high entrance stairs might be a problem for older guests, but they weren’t for us.

Daniela’s hospitality and the cleanliness of the rooms were great. Nothing to add.
The building is brand‑new, the furnishings are modern, and it’s spotless. The only complaint is the high steps.
