The hotel sits very close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, which is great. However, the pool water was extremely cold for 11 days, and the rooms are very small and old-fashioned.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is friendly, and it is very clean.

The location and breakfast were good, and the staff fixed a very hard bed issue, which was completely resolved.

Excellent location a minute from the sea and close to restaurants and shops, with the tram stop to Rimini Station being a 5 minute walk away. Straightforward check-in process. Basic room but clean and with air conditioning, very large balcony in my room looking over the main road. Rooftop pool was clean and quiet with great views. Electric shutter door to the balcony stopped working on the last full day of my trip. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special
