The spot is decent, but I think many Section 8 residents stay here; I don't blame the people or the circumstances, just that there are four floors and they should have a dedicated floor or floors for paying guests. The elevators and lobby felt suffocatingly hot with bad AC, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling, and the neighbors in the room next to us were fighting until 200 am (probably another Section 8 guest).
