The staff were really friendly, especially the kitchen crew who made everything fresh right in front of us. Breakfast was tasty, hot and made to order. Kauane at the front desk was also super helpful.

Staff like Kauane, Leandra, Hellen and Stefany were incredibly warm and attentive, and the breakfast was a real treat – they whipped up tapioca and couscous on the spot, plus a little cake with tea in the afternoon. The only hitch was a shower that sprayed weakly because the jets were clogged, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience.
