The staff were very friendly, giving a warm welcome and offering water and coffee, and they even helped carry my luggage—first impressions matter. The room felt cramped, with no storage space at the bed and it was noisy; a curtain was torn in one spot. The bathroom was small but sufficient, and overall the price felt a bit steep.

The rooms were spotless and well equipped, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast could have been better.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the breakfast attendants who were warm and accommodating. The breakfast itself was also very tasty. There was nothing we didn’t like; we were very satisfied with our stay.
