The staff were friendly, but I paid for the hotel and was not informed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, and there were many broken items in my room.

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations for an included meal; vending machines offered drinks and snacks, the room was clean, and the location was convenient for Kelso/Longview. I would have liked a low‑light or night light in the bathroom.

Compared to other hotels in the area, this seemed like the best option, though I wouldn't choose it if I had better alternatives; it was clean, well kept, and a good stay for its price and location. As someone who travels a lot and stays in Marriott hotels, my expectations were high, so it was okay but not great.
