The staff were quite friendly. I was assigned a room that was supposedly “clean,” but the pillows had a gentleman’s hair on them; the bathrooms weren’t in optimal condition, showing that the cleaning was superficial rather than deep; they tried to charge me VAT even though I wasn’t a national and showed me my passport, and they wouldn’t honor the Booking price. I heard loud noise all night, like a water pump, which kept me from sleeping. The mattress felt like a stone, as if the springs were broken. In short, a very bad experience.

The service from Miss Carolina, the location, and the cleanliness of the place are great. The rest of the reception staff could improve.
