The caretaker was exceptionally kind, helpful, polite, and quick to compensate for the owner's shortcomings, but the bathroom wiring posed a major health and safety risk and the room’s ventilation was poor with no HVAC system.

The host was gracious and accommodating, and the apartment was clean, giving it a 9.0/10.

The owner cancelled my booking at the last minute and his wife booked a week for my expense, so there was nothing positive to mention, resulting in a 1.0/10.
