Very good, everything was up to standard, staff, I recommend. No complaints.

The room had a balcony and its own bathroom at a good price, and the Wi‑Fi was uncomplicated and practical. We were the only guests, yet there were spider webs in many corners.

Communication with the staff was good and there were always free rooms (at least when I checked), which is a big advantage. Compared to other hotels in the area the price is relatively budget. The place is a bit old and dusty, and getting there was difficult because of road works around Pamporo.

Breakfast was solid, staff were polite, and the view from the location is fantastic. But the hotel is stuck in the past with old curtains, carpets, and even guttering on the walls, which gives off a weird smell. If they tossed all that and spent a few thousand euros on new curtains and no carpets, it would really shine.

The forest setting is peaceful, but the place is dirty and smells damp. Not what I expected for a quiet getaway.
