The room was clean, located near cafes and restaurants, and the staff were very helpful; the room was nice and cozy. It was a bit noisy, but that wasn't really a problem.

“Bon rapport qualité prix ! Excellent placement”

I was pleased with the central spot on a lively street, close to the towers, massage spots, and restaurants; the double bed room offered good value, and the massage place was just downstairs. The mattress felt very hard, which was a let‑down, and I had to arrange a taxi right across the street to get to Khanom. The lady at the front desk seemed friendly, but the next day I ended up with three layovers, ten stops, and a crowded minibus—essentially paying for a private van. The transport details were unclear.

“Smelly, but otherwise nice.”

The location was convenient for us, only a minute’s walk to the start of the Smiley Bungalow tours, and the rooms looked clean and had modern amenities. However, the hallway to the rooms had a strong mold odor that made it hard to breathe; the room itself was odorless at first, but after about an hour the bed, its covers, and the room all began to smell like mold. I’m not sure if this happened to all rooms, but it was disappointing.

The room was large, with comfortable beds, a fridge, and a balcony, and it was relatively quiet because the bars were farther away. The staff were friendly. The only downside was that breakfast, which was included in the price, was not actually provided, which was frustrating since that was a key reason I chose this place.

The location was close to the natural park, the river, and city amenities. The family rooms faced the street and were very noisy—there was even a question about whether there were windows—plus the curtains didn’t block light. Ants were in the rooms despite the cleaning, and the mattresses were extremely hard, so hard that we wondered if there were any at all.
