I’ve stayed here twice now and the staff are always so kind and helpful, plus the location is spot on. Unfortunately, our room had a lot of ants on the floor and in the bed, which I think was caused by the heavy rain that day. The door to the courtyard also leaked and flooded, and while the flood warning alert wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it would have been nice to have a snack machine, mini‑bar, or drinks available inside the hotel for those times when you’re stuck there.

The pillow was long and narrow and I didn’t find it comfortable; everything else was perfect.

Very well located. Excellent facilities. Staff very friendly and courteous. The only downside was that there was no hair dryer.
