“Un hotel para no dejarse llevar por las apariencias”

I found the place oddly charming, but don't be fooled by its look. The room was tiny, yet it had nice windows like the rest of the hotel—odd in Madagascar—and it stayed warm even though it was 9°C outside and there was no heating. The bathroom was also small but worked fine, with no time limits on water or electricity, and the owner was lovely. Portions of food were generous and ridiculously cheap; I could have paid twice as much and still felt satisfied. The only drawback was the room’s size, but it was still comfortable enough for us.

Bernard, his wife, and their team went to great lengths to ensure we had a pleasant stay in Ambositra and its surroundings, offering excellent value for money, even at the restaurant, and helping organize regional excursions when needed.
