“Shoestring Accomodation Below Booking.com standards”

The location gives a nice view of the mountains, but everything at this B&B feels cheap and below standard: the room is cramped with thin walls, the shared kitchen lacks basic items like plates, cutlery, and a stove, breakfast is basically nonexistent—just two small sweets, a small juice, and a coffee pod, which are usually only courtesy items elsewhere; communicating with the landlady is difficult because she doesn't speak English and the channel syncs fail; despite telling her what I disliked, nothing changed, and I've never had such a bad experience.
