“Cama boa mais atendimento de preços de diárias sem transparência”

The service was awful—staff seemed unprepared and kept changing the price after the initial quote. No transparency, no organization, no respect for guests. It was a truly disappointing experience.

The hotel was well‑located and the staff were friendly, and the room matched what was promised. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which made it tough for anyone with mobility issues.

Getting in was a breeze, the reception had a snack machine, and the parking was fine. Breakfast was basic but decent, and the staff were all polite. However, my room felt only organized, not clean—hair on the sheets, a grimy shower, a sticky floor, no reception phone for late‑night orders, a strong foul smell in the evening, flickering bathroom light, and the AC would turn off on its own.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. Parking was a pain, though.
