I was close to the port of Tanger, but everything else was terrible.

The constant noise from the cars, the location right in front of the Morocco-Melilla customs, the horns blaring all day, and the inability to sleep at night were all bad; the only good thing was the cleaning lady’s kindness, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it.
