“Fabulous!”

The breakfast was fabulous, and the location was incredible, especially if you’re heading to a concert at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse!

“Lovely hotel in downtown Indy”

The location was ideal for an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and the room was very large and beautiful with a very comfortable bed. I do wish they offered snacks for sale.

The location felt unsafe, mainly because it’s close to a bus stop.

“One of the coolest hotels I’ve stayed in, will definitely stay there again next year!”

I really enjoyed the room overall—the concrete ceiling was a cool design feature, the shower was amazing, and the robe that came with it was quite comfortable. The view from my room wasn’t great, but the 6th‑floor bar offered an amazing view, especially at night. It’s a bit of a walk from Monument Circle, but Indy is a safer town that’s growing and getting cleaner, so it’s worth the trip. The only downside was having to hold my room key on the sensor for about 4–10 seconds to operate the elevator, and my key didn’t work at first, so I had to stand in the elevator for a long time trying to get it to work; it was very stuffy. I eventually got a new key and received a lot of apologies for the inconvenience, but otherwise the room was great.

“okay”

The hotel had a really nice jazzy modern vibe, but the room we were assigned wasn’t the one we booked—it was tiny and had a hard kitchen chair. We told the manager and they switched us to a more comfortable room, yet a day later that room had a foul smell, so we were moved again, this time to a top‑floor room by the club.
