The suite features a sofa bed, dining area, and dining table, and it includes amenities such as an iron, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and free toiletries, and the room also has a safety deposit box, telephone, and flat-screen TV. The service, the pool, and the view of Lake Naivasha from the rooftop were all excellent, but there was a lot of traffic on the nearby road.
“Facility excellent but change of rates on arrival was a disappointment”
The facility was excellent, but the rates that were shown when my booking was confirmed changed upon arrival, which was disappointing.
“Avoid This Hotel at All Costs”
I'm not sure what to say about this place - it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, the room was tiny and dirty, and the food was inedible. I've never had a worse experience at a hotel in my life. The only good thing I can say is that the location was pretty central, but that's about it.
