“Il s’agit d’un village vacances et pas d’un hôtel”
Everyone on staff was welcoming and pleasant, and the room was spacious and clean. However, we were hugely disappointed because the description didn’t match reality. We booked thinking it was a hotel, but it turned out to be a FRAM vacation club with activities, aquagym, pétanque, late‑night DJ parties, and the like. That’s fine if you want that kind of vacation, but it should have been made clear at booking. We’d never have chosen it if we’d known it operated as a club. We were looking for a quiet, intimate hotel vibe, and we were far from that. The same issue applied to food: all‑inclusive was mandatory and meals were just a buffet with mediocre options, more fitting for a large club than the hotel experience we expected. Our disappointment stems mainly from the big gap between what was promised and what was actually offered. The concept works, but it must be clearly identified so guests can book knowingly. The pool needs proper upkeep, as do all common areas, which lack cleanliness.
