A huge thank you to everyone at Kyivska Rus for an exceptionally pleasant stay! The luxury room was cozy and spotless. The spa was amazing, with warm and clean water in the pool. Staff were very friendly. The wellness program was top‑class. The restaurant far surpassed expectations with incredibly tasty food. The admin and waiters were polite, welcoming, and fully dedicated to their job. We highly recommend Kyivska Rus and want to return again! Thank you!

The electric car charger was available. The food was decent. The hotel was on the road but not noisy. Parking was large. The hamam and sauna were decent. The kids’ room had a nanny. We weren’t given a bed for extra guests, so we had to set up the sofa and make a bed ourselves. The TV was just decoration, no signal and no smart TV option. At the pool we had to ask for the fountain/massage to be turned on. The elevator was mysterious, you wondered if it would arrive, but at least it exists.

The place was clean, staff were friendly, the restaurant was excellent, the food was great and offered many options for every taste… The pool was wonderful! Two days of rain caused heavy dripping from the roof onto the roof (like a drum), and even closed windows didn’t muffle the sound.
