The hotel feels very modern and the Onsen spa was super relaxing because it wasn’t crowded. On the downside, families with kids ran around like it was a playground, with no parental control; it’s the same issue I’ve seen at other Vietnamese hotels.

The air is fresh and cool with plenty of open space and walking paths, and the trees and lawns are well maintained. The rooms are beautiful and fully equipped, though the mattress is too high for older guests. The doors don’t slam shut and trigger the alarm loudly, which is annoying; many rooms have the same problem. A gym should be added, and the hotel should allow swimming twice a night for guests staying one night.
