We booked a family room but couldn’t find a proper entrance; only one staff member was present, the rooms were extremely filthy and felt like a couples‑only spot, the TV didn’t work, the curtains were broken, and there was no restaurant facility.

The room was spacious, but the fan was not working.

The staff were super, receiving us very well; my family was happy and the rooms were arranged immediately. The reception person was very good 😄.

The staff rejected us at check‑in for no apparent reason, not a place I would recommend.
