The room itself wasn’t bad, it was fairly quiet and clean, but the staff were incredibly rude during check‑in and whenever we needed help; the front desk lady was always on her personal phone, either on a call or watching a movie. The whole building reeked of weed and cigarettes. The shower had the drain cover pulled off, the toilet paper wasn’t stocked. When we arrived, the receptionist told us our booking wasn’t in her system at all and she couldn’t do anything, then she walked away to finish a call and came back to look up our reservation again, taking about 20 minutes total to find it.

The location is good, but when I checked in on Sunday, the front desk lady—her name is Anna—seemed too busy on her phone and unfriendly, definitely not greeting customers properly. Aisha, however, was amazing; I’ve stayed here many times and every time I see her, she smiles and is very outgoing—she’s awesome.
