Nice and comfortable, fair play—I’d recommend it to anybody. Nothing really, it can get warm in the mind but nothing to open the window.

“Awful service, poor quality, we will never stay at a Stayright facility again...ever!”

The location was good and the futon sofa in the main room was comfortable. The check‑in process was awful. We were asked to provide ID, which we did a day prior to arrival, but we were then notified that it wasn’t readable while we were stopped at a service station on the way to the property. No problem, I thought, our ETA was still 2.5 hours away. How wrong I was. Upon arrival, no keysafe code had been provided. I contacted Stayright (the operators) to chase the keysafe code, and it took them a further 1 hour and 10 minutes to release it, with us sitting on the doorstep. I received a mealy‑mouthed apology followed by instructions for what to do when we leave. I asked whether the delay, caused by Stayright, could be recognised by us being permitted to leave an hour later on the day of departure… I was stonewalled until they eventually said it would cost £15.20 to get a later checkout. Given that they had now put a value on a lost hour, I suggested that they refund me £17.50 for the hour and ten minutes they delayed me. They ignored the question, repeatedly. Now to the property… the listing advertises all the facilities of a house, but the only consumable amenities left were toilet paper. No hand wash, dish soap, etc. They expect you to do your own dishes. They had a fridge freezer that didn’t work (yes I checked it was on at the wall) so consequently we couldn’t use any quickly perishable food or chill drinks. The ice we bought to chill drinks melted in the freezer within a few hours. Given the cost of staying at the facility, which was decidedly more costly and ultimately less well equipped than the local Premier Inn, we regret staying here. It became a place to sleep and leave our bag, nothing more.
