Location. They change the payment rules after booking. They don’t accept dollars with tiny scratches or imperceptible marks. They don’t give full information about payment options, especially the currency, distinguishing between local currency and dollars, leading to misunderstandings for the passenger; the receptionist’s information differs on these points, creating confusion that hurts the final price paid. Disappointing.

I stayed in a pretty, clean, and comfortable hotel located in a residential area, safe and close to several attractions, and I would only add one more armchair to the room.

The hotel is very well situated, just a short walk from the metro, the MUT, and the Costanera Center, and the breakfast met our expectations while the staff was always very attentive and helpful; however, the minibar is locked with a key, which makes it difficult to use.

The location is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, and the hotel is charming, well decorated, and cozy, but the room could be a little larger.

We loved several things: the hotel’s calm atmosphere and its quiet surroundings despite being in the city’s hustle; the room’s décor and cleanliness; the shower toiletries, which were excellent; the breakfast’s great flavors; and especially the service from everyone, from reception to the restaurant—big kudos to the staff. We couldn’t think of anything that bothered us or that we didn’t like.
