The mattress and the reception guys were good, but the check‑in was at 14:00 and we got the room at 16:00, by which time we learned that pool use was only from 20:00 to 21:00. Booking lists the pool hours as 12:00 to 20:00. The pool water was also not clean. The room and hallway walls had dampness. The bathroom and bed were separated by a frosted glass that offered no privacy, especially when traveling with children. Breakfast was fine but lacked variety. Check‑out was at 11:00, and at 11:04 we were knocked on the door to be told we were expected at reception. The two reception guys were very attentive. The sheets and towels need urgent replacement; they look old. I never speak badly of a place, but the price‑quality ratio is very bad. I will not return.

“Mi cumpleaños relax”

The breakfast was excellent, and the lodge sits right in the middle of the forest. There's always staff on duty for assistance and questions, even via WhatsApp. They offer various services like massages at different times. Most guests were couples, which made it very calm. I recommend the water circuit! The pool access is limited to 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour at night. It didn't bother us because we alternated with other activities outside the hotel, but it's something to keep in mind; they tell you about it when you book the stay.
