Breakfast felt very fresh and high in quality. The pool was cold, the room itself was cold, and the water was cold too; I wish it were warmer to counter the chill outside.

“Much better than our last stay at a previous Hampton Inn.”

I was bumped up to a suite as a surprise, but I struggled to find a baggage cart because there weren't enough.

“The staff was very nice.”

It was close to where we were heading for a family BBQ, but there was no outdoor seating except for a few chairs by the pool, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

We arrived late, yet the lovely lady at the front desk was very accommodating with our specific requests, a true testament to the staff's professionalism and the hotel's hospitality, and in every other respect the hotel met the Hampton standards. No complaints.
